Facade Hoists are proud to have been part of a building that has won numerous awards in 2022. Facade access to the building is provided by three different types of equipment.
A telescopic BMU, a luffing BMU, and an internal gantry.

On the roof of the building a 23m telescopic BMU provides access to the north, east and west external elevations.
When not in use the BMU is parked out of site on a lift table.
A two-man cradle provides safe access for façade cleaning and a separate integral materials winch can be used for façade replacement.
Level 10
The external elevations of the building are accessed via a 12m luffing BMU.
The two-man cradle with a safe working load of 240kg provides safe access for facade cleaning. For facade replacement the cradle can be removed to lift materials / glass panels via a lifting beam with a SWL of 450kg.
The tracks are incorporated into the green roof fixed back to the structure via steel posts.

A climbing telescopic gantry is fitted to the atrium roof steelwork to provide full access inside of the atrium.
Gantry tracks are installed within the decorative roof steelwork hidden from view.
The atrium roof is cleaned from within the gantry and the vertical façades are accessed via a power winch cradle suspended from the underside of the gantry.
