Since the formation of Facade Hoists the company has provided maintenance of its equipment following on from the installation.
In recent times we have expanded our maintenance and service department. We currently provide service contracts to over 200 UK projects for access systems from all manufacturers.
Our dedicated maintenance management team can quote and provide service packages to meet all customer needs:
- Regular Maintenance
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Repairs
- Breakdown and Standby Services
- Fully Comprehensive (assisting Insurance Inspectors for LOLER 1998)
We have an excellent health and safety record, and our engineers can demonstrate a competent level of skills.
We run minimum of two person teams of engineers who are equipped and trained in installation and servicing of window cleaning hoists, suspended access equipment, gantries, safety lines and eyebolts.
Our teams are safety trained and employed directly by Facade Hoists.

Buildings which exceed 25 years may need their access equipment reviewed and upgraded or replaced for new.
Facade Hoists can carry out a full access examination on site to give full recommendations on existing equipment to bring up to current legislation or offer a new system to work with the existing build to meet structural requirements.
